A phobia is an irrational fear that can cause stress, anxiety, panic attacks, it can cause people to make their lives more difficult for themselves to avoid certain triggers, it may effect their relationships or even feel like it is holding them back. Examples of phobias include:

• Needles
• Confined spaces
• Crowds
• Animals
