Weight Loss: I do not have a magic wand and I will not make you skinny in three weeks. I do not condone fad diets and quick fixes, I am a firm believer in creating healthy long-term habits and losing weight at a steady rate.

My approach supports you to realign your negative eating habits and redefine your relationship with food and exercise. You will enjoy a slow and steady weight loss of around 2lbs per week, the difference being that this will be a permanent weight loss compared to yo-yo dieting for example.

I will help you to understanding your current thoughts and habits by identifying the reasons why you over eat, for example:

• You eat to reward yourself
• You eat to lessen an unpleasant experience
• You eat because you want to be noticed
• You eat when you need love
• You eat because you are afraid

I will then develop your own bespoke plan to create new healthy habits, to improve motivation for change and improve self-esteem. This programme has been developed as a lifestyle change not a ‘drop a dress size’ fix and therefore you must be committed to making the change before embarking on this programme.
